Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping.
Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays)
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed during the following business day.
All orders over $150 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.
Orders sent to military post-offices may have restrictions such as, apo-fpo-dop. Additional rates may apply.
Please carefully enter the correct shipping and delivery address to ensure proper delivery. Once the order is processed the address cannot be changed.
If an item is returned to Sew Me Boutique due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you regarding the discrepancies. Please note that mistakes done on behalf of the customer will result in additional shipping costs.
Mistakes made on behalf of the customer does not void our return/exchange policy regarding returns. We will carefully investigate the issue, we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.
Shipping within the United States.
We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $75 and up after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added.
Possible Delays
We try our best to ensure timely deliveries. Delays are possible during the holiday season and unforeseen weather delays. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
Tracking my order
To track your order please use the tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Cancellation and Changes
Must be communicated via email to info@sewmeboutique.com within 2 hours of placing order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once the package is delivered. For lost or stolen packages please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed package has been returned to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again.
