Returns & Exchanges

Sew Me Boutique stands behind our goods/services and we want our customers to be satisfied. Before every order leaves our facility, it will be carefully inspected by our fulfillment team. If you receive an item that has any damage, you must notify our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. 

Returns

No Refunds. All returns are eligible for exchange or a store credit only. 

Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery. If 10 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. All returns must be accompanied by a returned authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept C.O.D deliveries


Items Eligible for Exchange or Return

All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached.

Clothing with odors or stains (makeup, deodorant or body fluids, etc.) will not be accepted.

When opening packages please use care to avoid damaging items. We will not accept items damaged during the opening of the package.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Gift cards, sale items, bodysuits, swimwear or undergarments


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or issued a store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or issued a store credit.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size or color, you must return the unwanted item and if the item is still in stock, we will send the exchange at no extra cost.

If the item is no longer in stock, we will email you and a store credit will be issued for a future purchase.

Keep in mind, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

 A store credit will be issued minus any shipping fees.

Please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed and a store credit to be issued.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Sew Me Boutique reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive return history suggestive of “wardrobing”
• An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Mailing tip: We recommend using USPS flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Please keep your tracking number to confirm your package has been delivered. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Sew Me Boutique cannot fulfill your return.
